We had a fantastic stay with beautiful holiday decorations and loved the relaxing tub in our room. The gym was amazing, and the food from the pool bar was incredible!

Great location and heated pools, but noisy kids made it hard to relax.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the amazing massage at the spa and the relaxing time we spent in the outdoor swimming pool. The beautiful grounds made it a perfect spot to unwind. The only downside was the coffee shop sometimes ran low on supplies, but that didn’t take away from our overall experience! ☀️

The resort has beautiful grounds and great decorations for the holidays. The pools are a highlight, providing plenty of space and options for relaxation. Housekeeping provided exceptional service, keeping the areas tidy. However, the room needed some maintenance. the coffee pot had old hair in it, and the toilet paper holder was broken, which shouldn't be the case at a resort. The ringing bell every hour was disturbing and interrupted my sleep. While the gym was amazing, it was disappointing that they charged for wifi, which is unusual for resorts. Also, the pizzas from the marketplace were undercooked and missing toppings, leading to a frustrating dining experience. The check-in process felt a bit disorganized, affecting the seamless start to our stay.

our stay at omni was wonderful! the location was perfect, close to many activities. the plaza room was comfortable, and the kids loved the nearby pool. we enjoyed the exceptional service at the steakhouse, where they even personalized a birthday menu for my son.

The resort's lush gardens and accessible pathways made it delightful for leisurely strolls. The vibrant flowers and well-kept walking paths were wonderful touches, making every corner feel like a fresh, magical escape.

More comfortable seating in common areas.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the two 100-foot waterslides at the Splash Landing Pools! The children loved splashing around in the crystal-clear water, and it kept them entertained for hours. The resort's beautiful grounds and various dining options were also a big hit for our large family.

My kids wished there were more family-oriented activities available. It would be great to enhance the children's program to make it more inclusive and fun for large families like ours.

The spa experience was absolutely heavenly! 💆‍♀️ The room felt dated and had some maintenance issues, but the grounds were beautiful. Just wish the food was better and included more options for dining.
